摘要
深化我国现行农村土地制度的改革已势在必行。我们应当通过改革进一步完善农村土地集体所有制、设立具有物权性质的农地使用权制度、长嗣继承制 ,并把国家征用制改为征购制。
It must be done to reform deeply the farmland system of our country in force. We should improve farmland collective ownership and establish the farmland right to use system with right of matter, the system that the first son takes as the only heir, and turn the state requisition land into the state purchase by refosm.
