摘要
试验旨在探究发酵中药对乌鳢生长性能、抗病力以及肠道抗氧化能力的影响。360尾乌鳢被随机分为4组,每组3个重复,分别在基础饲料中添加0(对照组,1组)、复方中药(2组)、鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus,L.rhamnosus)(3组)及发酵中药(4组),连续投喂8周。饲养试验结束后,检测乌鳢的生长性能、抗病力以及肠道中的抗氧化酶活性。结果表明:饲料中添加中药、L.rhamnosus以及发酵中药均能够显著提高乌鳢的末重、平均增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料效率(FER)(P<0.05);发酵中药的添加使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而发酵中药组的乌鳢肠道中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照相比,试验组均显著提高肠道的SOD、谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶(GST)、紧密连接闭合蛋白-3(Claudin-3)及闭合小环蛋白-1(ZO-1)的mRNA的相对表达量(P<0.05)。嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromona hydrophila,A.hydrophila)攻毒后观察14 d,与对照组相比,发酵中药组的死亡率降低了75%。本试验条件下,发酵中药不仅能够促进乌鳢的生长,提高肠道抗氧化能力,而且能够缓解A.hydrophila对乌鳢的感染,提高了存活率,具有一定的保护作用。
This study aimed to explore the effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine fermented by Lactobacillus rhamnosus on the growth,disease resistance and intestinal antioxidant capacity in snake⁃head,Channa argus.A total of 360 fish were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.Fish were fed with basal diets supplemented with additive free,Chinese medicine,Lactobacillus rhamnosus and fermented traditional Chinese medicine for eight weeks.Growth performance,disease resistance and antioxidant capacity were measured after feeding.The resultsindi⁃cated that basal diets supplemented with Chinese medicine,Lactobacillus rhamnosus and fermented tradi⁃tional could enhance FBW,WG,SGR and FER significantly(P<0.05).The activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in fermented traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).However,the con⁃tent of MDA in the intestines of Channa argus in the Chinese medicine fermentation group was sig⁃nificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the relative expressions of SOD,GST,Claudin-3 and ZO-1 mRNA in the intestinal tissues of each experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).After 14 days of observation after Aeromonas hydrophila challenge,the mortality rate of the Chinese herbal fer⁃mentation group was reduced by 75%compared with the control group.Under the experimental condi⁃tions,fermented traditional Chinese medicine can not only promote the growth of Channa argus and im⁃prove the intestinal antioxidant capacity,but also relieve the infection of Aeromonas hydrophila to Channa argus,improve the survival rate and have a certain protective effect.
