摘要
目的:分析精细化护理结合舒适化护理干预对慢性化脓性中耳炎手术患者睡眠质量、术后疼痛及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2022年7月联勤保障部队第909医院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者87例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组44例,对照组43例。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI)量表比较2组患者睡眠质量的改善情况,采用视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale, VAS)比较2组患者的疼痛程度,采用情绪状态量表(Profile of Mood States, POMS)比较2组情绪状态,同时观察2组干预后的住院时间、积液消失时间以及听力改善时间。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI、VAS、POMS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组住院时间、积液消失时间以及听力改善时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:精细化结合舒适化护理干预能够有效缩短慢性化脓性中耳炎术后患者住院时间、积液消失时间以及听力改善时间,缓解术后疼痛,改善睡眠质量,改善患者消极情绪,加快患者康复进程,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the effects of refined nursing combined with comfortable nursing intervention on sleep quality,postoperative pain and psychological state of chronic suppurative otitis media patients.Methods:A total of 87 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to the 909 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,including 44 patients in observation group and 43 patients in the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between the 2 groups,and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain degree between the 2 groups.The Profile of Mood States(POMS)was used to compare the emotional states of 2 groups,and the length of hospital stay,the time of fluid disappearance and the time of hearing improvement after intervention were observed.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI,VAS and POMS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).The hospitalization time,effusion disappearance time and hearing improvement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Refined combined with comfortable nursing intervention can effectively shorten the hospital stay,the time of effusion disappearance and the time of hearing improvement of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media after surgery,relieve postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,improve patient′s negative emotions,and accelerate the process of rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
