摘要
人类命运共同体理念以全人类共同价值为核心,是当前中国参与全球治理和秩序建设的历史性方案,也是人类破解时代难题的必然选择。中国理念对全人类发展的关切与“世界社会”对全球体系的审思,超越国家本位转向相互融通的整体价值观,将对世界的认识从结构定式转向作为认知建构的动态过程,在本体论、认识论与方法论上产生对话与共振。以传播为核心的路径阐释打开了理论与实践的新视域,启发人类命运共同体理念以传播为连接,探索在时间维度以搭建世界公共传播脉络为支架、在事实维度以公共信任为支点、在社会维度以连接世界公共话语为支柱的国际传播方案。东西方理念的交流与互鉴有助于中国突破国际传播困局,推动中华文化与中国观点更好地走向世界,增进世界对中国的理解与认同。
The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,with the common values of all humankind at its core,is a historic solution for China's participation in global governance and international order construction,and an ir⁃replaceable choice for humankind to overcome the problems of the times.The Chinese concept's concern for the development of all mankind and the consideration of“world society”for the global system go beyond the national perspective to a mutual⁃ly integrated holistic value,shifting the understanding of the world from a structural stereotype to a dynamic process of cog⁃nitive construction,resulting in dialogue and resonance in ontology,epistemology and methodology.The exchange and mu⁃tual appreciation of Eastern and Western ideas will help China break through the dilemma of international communication,promote Chinese culture and Chinese views to the world,and enhance the world's understanding and recognition of China.The interpretation of the communication-centered path will open up new horizons for theory and practice,inspiring the idea of a community of a shared future for mankind to explore international communication solutions that employ communication as a link to build the contextuality of public communication,build public trust and construct public discourse.
