船用大功率发动机排气门可靠性研究

摘要 气门是保证发动机获得良好的经济性、动力性的关键件。气门的失效会带来不可预料的重大损失。文中对ZC6200系列的四冲程大功率船用柴油机排气门进行了可靠性研究,以排气门组为研究对象,对不同结构和不同材料的排气门在闭合工况下进行了传热仿真和失效分析。研究结果表明,气门结构对传热的影响较大,进而引起排气门的温度场变化,导致气门变形并产生热应力。热机耦合仿真结果显示,气门结构对变形和等效应力分布的影响较大。等效应力变化较大的位置容易导致气门失效,情况严重时,会导致整个头部断裂。 The valve is an important component to ensure the engine’s desirable economic and dynamic performance.The failure of valve will bring great loss.In this article,the ZC6200 series four-stroke high-power marine diesel engine’s exhaust valve is explored.With the exhaust valve set as the focus,the heat-transfer simulation and failure analysis is carried out on the exhaust valves with different structures and materials under the closed working conditions.The results show that the valve structure has greater impact on heat transfer;then,the temperature field of the exhaust valve changes,which results in valve deformation and thermal stress.The results of thermo-mechanical coupling simulation show that the valve structure has great influence on deformation and equivalent stress distribution.The position where the equivalent stress changes greatly is likely to suffer valve failure.When the situation is serious,the valve’s head will break up.
