摘要
目的:评价认知联合吸吮双重任务训练对脑卒中患者口面部运动功能和吞咽功能的促进作用。方法:采用随机数字表法将2020年8月至2022年2月在某三级甲等医院神经内科就诊住院的115例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组(n=57)和实验组(n=58)。对照组实施神经内科患者常规治疗康复训练的相关护理措施,实验组在对照组基础上进行认知联合吸吮双重任务训练,训练历时4周,比较两组患者口面部运动功能评分、洼田饮水试验等级、吸吮力及吸入性肺炎的发生率。结果:干预4周后,与干预前及对照组相比,实验组患者的口面部运动功能评分、吸吮力结果差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的吸入性肺炎发生率、洼田饮水试验等级明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知联合吸吮双重任务训练有助于改善脑卒中患者的口面部运动功能及吞咽功能,降低吸入性肺炎发生率,促进脑卒中吞咽障碍患者尽早康复。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of cognitive combined sucking dual task training on orofacial function and swallowing function in stroke patients.Methods:Stroke patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology in a tertiary grade A hospital in Hangzhou from August 2020 to February 2022 were divided into control group(n=57)and experiment group(n=58)randomly by using random number table method.Patients in the control group received standard care,while the experiment group received cognitive combined sucking dual task training for four weeks in addition to standard care.The score of orofacial function,the swallowing function,the sucking force and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia were compared before and after the intervention for both groups.Results:The orofacial function,the swallowing function,the sucking force were all better in the experiment group than those in the control group,the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was lower in the experiment group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive combined sucking dual task training can help stroke patients improve their orofacial function and swallowing function,reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,and promote targeted rehabilitation for stroke patients with swallowing disorder.
