摘要
气阀作为往复压缩机重要的部件,影响压缩机工作效率及运行状态。流量调控工况下,气阀的运动状态及受力更为复杂。针对排气阀泄漏故障,通过建立包含进排气阀、气缸的CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)模型,开展往复压缩机流量调控工况耦合气阀故障的压缩机热力学性能研究,为往复压缩机可靠、安全运行提供了判断依据。
As an important component of reciprocating compressor,the air valve affects working efficiency and running state of reciprocating compressor.Under capacity control condition,the movement state and force of the exhaust valve are more complicated.A CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)model,including the suction and exhaust valves and cylinder,was established for the leakage failure of the exhaust valve,and research was carried out on the thermodynamic performance of the reciprocating compressor coupled with the valve failure under capacity control condition,which provides a judgment basis for the reliable and safe operation of reciprocating compressor.
