摘要
目的分析眼轮匝肌毫针排刺治疗特发性眼睑痉挛患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2019年3月至2020年10月收治的36例特发性眼睛痉挛患者做为本次研究对象,设为针刺组,另选取本院同期使用常规治疗患者33例,作为对照组。对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、眼睑痉挛残疾指数(BSDI)、Jankcovvic评定量表[包括眼睑痉挛严重程度(JRS-S)、频率分级(JRS-F),眼睑痉挛总分(JRS-T)]、复发情况以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后针刺组总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组(72.73%)(P<0.05);治疗前两组BSDI、JRS-S、JRS-F、JRS-T评分均无差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者BSDI、JRS-S、JRS-F、JRS-T评分均明显降低,而针刺组治疗后BSDI、JRS-S、JRS-F、JRS-T评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);针刺组随访6个月后复发率为8.33%,明显低于对照组(36.37%)(P<0.05),两组不良反应情况上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对特发性眼睑痉挛患者使用眼轮匝肌毫针排刺治疗可提高临床疗效,促进患者恢复,且复发率低,安全性尚可。
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture treatment of orbicularis oculi on the clinical efficacy,BSDI score and recurrence of patients with idiopathic blepharospasm.Methods 36 patients with idiopathic blepharospasm admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the subject of this study,and set as the acupuncture group.Another 33 patients with conventional treatment in this hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The clinical efficacy,BSDI score,Jankcovvic rating scale,recurrence and adverse reactions of patients after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in BSDI,JRS-S,JRS-F,and JRS-T scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the BSDI,JRS-S,JRS-F,and JRS-T scores of the two groups significantly reduced.The scores of BSDI,JRS-S,JRS-F and JRS-T in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up for 6 months,the recurrence rate of the acupuncture group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(36.37%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with idiopathic blepharospasm,the use of acupuncture treatment of orbicularis oculi can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the recovery of patients,and the recurrence rate is low,and the safety is fair.
