摘要
生产实际中,小农户已经越来越多通过采购专业组织提供的生产资料以及接受培训、统一销售等活动,融入到现代农业价值链中。基于猕猴桃农户调研数据,分析农户参与价值链活动生产绩效。通过使用两步聚类、PSM模型以及IPWRA模型分析,得到如下主要结论:(1)农户按照兼业化程度分为三种类型,拥有较高生计资本的农户价值链参与程度较高。(2)使用改进肥料、果品被产业组织收购的农户具有更高的亩产量与每亩净收益。(3)同时参与两种价值链活动相较于只使用改进肥料,可以显著提高亩产量;同时参与两种价值链活动相较于只参与一种价值链活动,可以显著提高每亩净收益。因此应从消除农户参与高价值链活动的制度障碍与人为因素入手,全面提高农户价值链参与度。
Based on the survey data of kiwifruit farmers,this paper analyzes the production performance of farmers’participation in value chain activities.Through the use of two-step clustering,PSM model and IPWRA model analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Farmers are divided into three types according to the degree of concurrent employment,and the value chain participation of farmers with higher livelihood capital is higher.(2)Farmers who use improved fertilizers and their fruits are purchased by industrial organizations have higher yield per mu and net income per mu.(3)For the yield per mu,taking part in two kinds of value chain activities at the same time can significantly improve the yield per mu compared with only using improved fertilizer.For the net income per mu,taking part in two kinds of value chain activities at the same time can significantly improve the net income per mu compared with taking part in only one kind of value chain activities.Finally,the paper puts forward policy recommendations from the perspective of eliminating institutional barriers and human factors for farmers to participate in high value chain activities,and comprehensively improving the participation of farmers in the value chain.
