新时代大学教师教学专业发展的走向、阻力与突破 被引量:9

摘要 面向质量建设和质量革命为主导逻辑的高等教育新时代,教师教学专业发展作为大学人才培养提质增效的基本依托和内源保障,必须超越教与学分离的认识性和实践性误区,走向教学与学习范式的一体化。囿于教学中心虚化与教学学术式微的文化迷失、教学管理和教师评价制度的刚性规定、教师教学发展中心专业组织的低效化建设以及教与学主体乏力和行为异化等外在机制失调与内在动力不足的阻抗,教学专业发展尚未内化为全体教师的一致诉求和广泛行动。突破大学教师教学专业发展困境,需要回归教学中心并铸造卓越教学文化,重构教师教学管评制度设计与运行机制,强化教师教学发展中心的专业建设,构建师生自主有效互动的教学共同体,藉此实现"他驱"与"自为"双重推力的互动耦合,促进大学教师教学专业发展的纵向深入,助力一流本科教学建设。 A new era of higher education oriented to quality construction and quality revolution,the development of teachers’professional development as the basic support and endogenous guarantee for the quality improvement and efficiency of university personnel must transcend the cognitive and practical misunderstanding of the separation of teaching and learning,and move towards the integration of teaching and learning paradigms.Due to external mechanism imbalance and intrinsic power shortage impedance,such as the ambiguity of the teaching center and the academic loss of teaching,the rigid regulation of teaching management and teacher evaluation system,the inefficient construction of professional organization of teacher teaching development center,and the lack of teaching and learning subjects and behavioral alienation,the development of teaching profession has not been internalized as the unanimous appeal and extensive action of all teachers.To break through the dilemma of the development of university teachers’teaching profession,it is necessary to return to the teaching center and create a superior teaching culture,reconstruct the design and operation mechanism of the teacher’s teaching and evaluation system,strengthen the professional construction of the teacher’s teaching development center,and build a teaching community of independent and effective interaction between teachers and students.In this way,it can realize the interactive coupling of the"throwing"and"self-sufficiency"dual thrusts,promote the vertical development of the university teachers’teaching profession,and help the first-class undergraduateteaching construction.
