摘要
本文通过对城市综合体项目餐饮商铺常规油烟排放方式进行分析,梳理各种排油烟方案特点及利弊,通过借鉴变风量空调系统中总风量控制法,提出一种新的排油烟系统优化方法,以期为商业餐饮油烟污染控制提供一些帮助。
Through the analysis of the conventional oil smoke emission methods of the catering stores in the urban complex project, the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of various oil smoke emission schemes are combed, and a new optimization method of oil smoke emission system is proposed by referring to the total air volume control method in the VAV air conditioning system, in order to provide some help for the pollution control of commercial oil smoke.
