摘要
目的:观察加味桂枝汤对气血两虚型产后风湿病的治疗效果。方法:选取2014年8月—2017年7月本院收治的气血两虚型产后风湿病患者46例,根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各23例。对照组采用常规雷公藤多甙片治疗,观察组使用加味桂枝汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后3个月,观察组临床总有效率(95.7%)高于对照组(73.9%),晨僵时间、功能障碍指数、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数,以及实验室检测CRP、ESR水平均低于对照组,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味桂枝汤治疗气血两虚型产后风湿病,能有效改善患者临床症状,临床疗效良好,安全性高。
Objective： To study effect of modified guizhi decoction on women with postpartum rheumatism of qi-blood deficiency type. Methods： From August 2014 to July 2017, forty-six women with postpartum rheumatism of qi-blood deficiency type who admitted in Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine university hospital were selected, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number （23 cases in each group）. The women in control group were treated by regular tripterygium glycosides, and the women in observation group were treated by modified Guizhi decoction. The clinical efficacy of women was compared between the two groups. Results： After 3 months of treatment, the total clinical efficacy in observation group （95.7%） was significantly higher than that of women in control group （73.9%）. And the time of morning stiffness, the index of dysfunction, joint swelling, and joint tenderness, and levels of CRP, and ESR of women in observation group were significantly lower than those of women in control group （P〈0.05）. The depression self-rating scale （SDS） score, SAS score and visual analogue scale （VAS） of women in observation group were significantly lower than those of women in control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Guizhi Decoction used for treating women with postpartum rheumatism of qi-blood deficiency type can improve the clinical symptoms effectively, and has good clinical therapeutic efficacy and safety.
