摘要
目的综述刮痧疗法在临床上治疗各科疾病的作用机制。方法检索2006年~2016年中国知网中收录的有关刮痧文献,对刮痧所治疗的病种进行分类总结。结果共检出340篇,其中229篇是刮痧在临床的运用。刮痧在临床上运用非常广泛,内、外、妇、儿等各科都有涉及。结论探索和发现刮痧治疗各个疾病的机制,勇于在取穴方面和刮痧介质方面进行创新,使刮痧在临床得到广泛应用。
Objective： To review the mechanism of scraping therapy in clinical treatment of various diseases. Method： Documents related to scraping therapy in CNKI from 2006 to 2016 were retrieved and the diseases treated were sorted out. Result： Among the 340 retrieved literature,229 themed clinical application of scraping. It was widely applied in the clinical practise in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,gediatric fields. Conclusion： Exploring and discovering the mechanisms of scraping to treat various diseases,and innovating in point selecting and scraping media make scraping widely used clinicly.
