摘要
现代学徒制人才培养是当今高职教育寻求校企合作培养"工匠精神"的技术工人的必由之路。文章以泰州职业技术学院移动通信技术专业现代学徒班为例,阐述了学徒人才培养方案的以人才培养目标制定、分段合作育人、学徒课程为核心的三层次课程体系、考试即考证和共建学徒配套教材等实践做法,对电子信息类专业现代学徒制实践具有一定的借鉴意义。
Modem apprenticeship on Talents Cultivation is the only way of higher vocational education to culture technical workers by cooperating with enterprise. This paper, we take the modem apprenticeship class of Tai- zhou Polytechnic College as an example, expounds the practice of the cultivation of talents for the apprenticeship program, segmented cooperative education, the three levels of apprenticeship curriculum system, examination as qualification and Co building teaching materials of Apprentices. It can be used as a reference for the practice of modem apprenticeship in electronic information specialty.
