摘要
天津荣程联合钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称荣钢)带钢表面产生缺陷(黑线)缺陷,分析出其产生原因为连铸结晶器流场不活跃,产生严重的铸坯表面纵裂。通过调整连铸机结晶器保护渣性能,加强二次冷却效果,消除了带钢产品表面缺陷,提升了连铸坯表面质量。
In order to address strip surface defect (black line) occurring at strip products of Tianjin Rockcheck Joint Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Rockcheck), analysis was carried out and its cause contributed to inactive mould flow field, which induced to severe longitudinal crack on billet surface. By adjusting the performance of mould powder at the caster and strengthening secondary cooling effect, the surface defect of strip product was eliminated and billet surface quality improved.
