摘要
目的探讨精细化护理干预对结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能的影响。方法 108例结直肠癌患者,随机分为对照组及观察组各54例,对照组术后予常规护理,观察组术后予精细化护理。结果两组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可有效改善结直肠癌患者胃肠功能,促进康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function of patients with colorectal cancer after operation. Methods 108 cases of colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given meticulous nursing care after operation.Results Including bowel sounds recovery time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,complications occurrence rate,satisfaction with care,the result of the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fine nursing can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with colorectal cancer and promote recovery.
