摘要
某大型输水隧洞采用盾构管片与二次衬砌共同组成复合式衬砌结构,介绍了一种全新的防水粘结系统在此隧洞中的应用,该系统满足了传统方法无法达到的设计要求。通过一系列试验对工程进行模拟后,选用HDPE自粘胶膜防水卷材及专用铺贴和搭接双面胶带对隧洞进行了防水施工,整体防水效果良好。
A combination lining structure of shield segment and secondary lining was adopted for some large water tunnel.The article introduces the application of a brand new waterproofing adhesion system in the tunnel. This system satisfies the design requirements to which traditional ways cannot reach. After a series of tests of engineering simulation, HDPE self-adhesive waterproofing membrane and double sided tape special for paving and overlapping were selected for the waterproofing of the tunnel, and the overall waterproofing effect is excellent.
