摘要
讨论了考虑幂律特性的胶凝酸与灰岩的酸岩反应动力学规律,并在8MPa条件下利用旋转圆盘仪测试了胶凝酸反应动力学相关参数。研究表明,在30、50、70℃条件下的酸岩反应动力学方程分别为J=3.9582×10-6 C0.2364,J=5.9088×10-6 C0.2621,J=7.5509×10-6 C0.3258,反应活化能为14.009kJ/mol。稠化剂质量浓度为2、4、6、8g/L时胶凝酸的H+有效传质系数分别为6.2756×10-7、6.1732×10-7、5.8692×10-7、5.7815×10-7cm2/s。试验条件下,稠化剂质量浓度对传质速率的影响较小。研究结果可用于指导酸压设计施工。
The kinetics of gelled acid reacting with limestone considering power law characteristics were discussed and the rotating disk apparatus was used to measure the parameters of reaction kinetics at 8MPa.The results showed that on the experimental condition of30,50 and 70℃,the acid/rock reaction kinetic equations were J=3.9582×10-6 C0.2364,J=5.9088×10-6 C0.2621 and J=7.5509×10-6 C0.3258 respectively.And the reaction activation energy was 14.009kJ/mol.When the polymer concentration was 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,the effective diffusion coefficient of H+was 6.2756×10-7,6.1732×10-7,5.8692×10-7,5.7815×10-7cm2/s respectively.Under experimental conditions,the mass transfer rate is less affected by polymer concentration.The research results can be used as a guidance for design and operation of acid fracturing.
