摘要 在种子乳液聚合中加入可发气成分 AC,制备可发气 P( S/BVA) - PS核壳结构微球 ,借助电子显微镜 ( TEM)等测试手段观察聚合过程 ,并与单纯种子乳液聚合进行对比 ,进而推测、探讨种子乳液聚合制备核 -壳结构聚合物粒子形成机理。研究了可发气微球的形态、结构、热分解特性 ,测量了其发气特性并与纯 AC进行了比较。 The foamable core shell microparticles were prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization,in the presence of seed emulsion and AC(azodicarbamide).This process was observed by TEM and compared with the process of the seeded emulsion polymerization.The influence of AC on the seeded emulsion polymerization was discussed.The kinetics and thermodynamics of decomposition between foamable microparticles and AC were compared.The thermal analysis of the decomposition behavior of the foamable microparticle was studied and the blowing behavior was compared between the foamable microparticle and the pure AC.
