叠合装配式地下综合管廊节点抗震性能试验研究 被引量:41

Experiment study on seismic performance of joints in prefabricated sandwich structures of utility tunnels

摘要 为研究叠合装配式地下综合管廊节点的抗震性能,以体积配箍率和纵筋锚固长度为参数,开展了10个叠合装配/整体现浇地下综合管廊结构边节点和中节点的抗震性能试验,分析了试件的破坏形态、弯矩-位移滞回曲线和弯矩-位移骨架曲线等力学特征。研究结果表明:叠合节点和现浇节点的节点区按0.25%的体积配箍率配置箍筋时,可防止叠合节点和现浇节点发生剪切破坏,并显著提高叠合节点的受弯承载力;叠合节点和现浇节点的外侧纵筋的锚固长度增加至抗震锚固长度,可防止叠合节点和现浇节点发生锚固破坏的破坏模式,并可提高现浇节点的受弯承载力。 Experiments were carried out on ten side joints and intermediate joints in cast-in-place structures or prefabricated sandwich structures of utility tunnel to investigate the seismic performance of the joints.The test parameters included the volume ratio of stirrups and the anchorage length.The mechanics characteristic of the joints, including the failure mode,moment-displacement hysteresis curve and moment-displacement skeleton curves were analyzed.The research results showed that the shear failure mode of joints is prevented and the moment capacity of the prefabricated sandwich joints is significantly increased by using stirrups with the volume ratio of 0.25%in the joint region.The research results also showed that the anchorage damage mode of joints is prevented and the moment capacity of the cast-in-place joints is increased by using the anti-seismic anchorage length of longitudinal steel bars in cast-in-place joints and sandwich joints.
