摘要
胃癌前病变(Precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma,PLGC)包括胃黏膜肠上皮化生(IM)和异型增生(ATP),演化为癌已被学术界认同。随着胃癌患病率、发病率和死亡率不断攀升,防治胃癌前病变已成为胃癌二级预防的重点,这一重心转移与与中医治未病的思想不谋而合。中医药治疗能使部分肠化和异型增生消失或减少,符合未来医学的发展趋势,尚缺少完整的诊疗总结和体系,基于"治未病"思想探讨中医药治疗胃癌前病变的发展前景,以发挥中医药未病先防、早治防变、瘥后防复的作用,对阻止疾病演变意义深远。
The pathological changes before gastric carcinoma （Precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma, PLGC ） is a kind of mainly includes the gastric mucosa of intestinal metaplasia （ IM ） and pathology concepts of heterotypic hyperplasia （ ATP ）, the process of its evolution for cancer has been recognized by academic circles. Increasing the prevalence of gastric cancer, the morbidity and mortality worldwide, prevention and treatment of gastric cancer before the disease has become the focus of the secondary prevention of gastric cancer, and the shift and to heal disease idea coincides with mine. Treatment of Chinese medicine can make part of the intestine and hyperplasia disappear or cut, conforms to the future development trend of medicine, but the treatment is still a lack of complete diagnosis conclusion and system, based on the idea of ／＂cure not ill／＂ to explore the development prospects of the Chinese medicine treatment of lesion before cancer of the stomach, to play a traditional Chinese medicine is not disease prevention first, treated early Hyman, Chai defensive role, evolution of far-reaching significance to prevent disease.
