摘要
目的通过对尿液检测中分离出的50株阳性细菌标本的分析研究,了解利多卡因作为酰胺类局部麻醉药,还具有抗微生物作用。方法用复方利多卡因乳膏处理临床尿液检测中分离出的50例阳性细菌标本,在作用10min或2h后,与未经处理的细菌标本进行分组培养及菌落计数。结果通过与未经复方利多卡因乳膏处理的培养菌比较,看到处理后的细菌生长情况受到了显著的抑制,说明了复方利多卡因乳膏具有明显的抗菌作用。结论近年来,随着体内医用植入物的广泛应用,导尿和留置导尿管引起的导尿管伴随性尿路感染的发生率占到了整个医院感染的40%,如果在导尿管插入的前处理中抑制并杀死上述致病菌就可以成功预防细菌感染。
Objective To investigate the effects of lidocaine against to bacteria. Methods The strains isolated from urine samples were treated with lidocaine cream compound for 10 minutes or two hours. After the treatment, all the samples were cultured overnight and the number of colonies were counted. Results Compared with that of the untreated samples, the growth of bacteria were significant inhibited, indicating that the compound lidocaine cream had obvious effect of anti-bacteria. Conclusion In recent years, urinary tract infection associated with catheterization and indwelling accounted for 40% of hospital infection. Pretreat- ment of catheter with anti-bacteria agents before indwelling can prevent the incidence of catheter-associated infections.
