摘要
以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺为单体和凹凸棒土为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用半干法制备聚丙烯酸系增稠剂。主要研究交联剂用量、引发剂用量、中和度及凹土含量对聚丙烯酸增稠剂黏度的影响,并考察所制备的复合增稠剂流变性能和耐电解质性能。实验结果表明:在引发剂1mL浓度为0.02g/mL、中和度为0.6、交联剂1mL浓度为0.0010g/mL,在丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺配比为1:1时凹土用量10%制得的复合增稠剂效果最佳。
Taking acrylic acid, aerylamide as monomer and attapulgite as the raw material, ammonium persul- fate as initiator agent, N, N - methylene - his - acry/amide as crosslinking agent, using the Semi Preparation polyacrylic thickener, this paper mainly studies the amount of crosslinking agent, the amount of initiator, the effect of neutralization and the content of attapulgite on polyacrylic acid thickener viscosity and investigates thickener rheological properties of the prepared composite electrolyte resistance. Experimental results show that : the concentration of initiator 1 ml is 0.02g/mL, the neutralization degree is 0.6, the crosslinker 1 mL concentra- tion is 0.0010g/mL, and while the ratio of the acrylic acid and acrylamide is 1:1, the complex thickener made from the amount of 10% of the attapulgite system is at its best.
