摘要
制度环境对现代服务业发展有着重要的影响。现代服务业发展要求建立与其发展规律相适应的制度环境。发展现代服务业不仅需要公有经济推动,更需要非公经济推动,非公经济是推动服务业发展的重要力量。我国服务业市场化程度不高,行业垄断严重是制约非公经济发展服务业的主要瓶颈。现代服务业发展的出路在改革。因此,必须突破一些体制性、政策性障碍,建立有利于非公经济发展的管理体制和机制,完善现代服务业发展的制度环境,释放非公经济发展的潜能。
The environment of development is a dynamic, adjustable and complex state. Institutional environment has an important influence on the development of modern service industry, so the different stages of economic development have their corresponding institutional requirements. The development of modern service industry requires the establishment of institutional environments suitable for the tendency of development. While the public economy is needed to promote the development of modem service industry, the non-public economy is also needed. The non-public economy is an important force to promote the service sector. The standard of service sector in China is not high, and the trade monopoly restricts the development of the non-public part of the services sector. Reform in the development of modern service industry is re- quired. Therefore, it is necessary to break some of the institutional and policy obstacles to the establishment of managerial systems and mechanisms that are conducive to the development of non-public economy. We can release the potential of non-public economy only if we can imorove the institutional environment for the development of modern service industry,
