摘要
本文报告了18例右心腔肿瘤的二维超声心动图诊断结果。其中原发性6例(粘液瘤5例,横纹肌瘤1例);转移性12例(肝癌7例,肾癌3例,纵隔淋巴瘤及恶性黑色素瘤各1例)。12例转移性右心肿瘤中发生在右房者8例,右房右室者4例,10例有下腔静脉受累,4例合并心包积液。本组18例均首先由2DE做出诊断,并得到手术或病理证实。文中重点描述了右心肿瘤的声像图表现,并讨论了转移性肿瘤二维超声心动图特征。
Eighteen cases of intracavitary tumors of the right heart were detected with two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE)and confirmed by surgery and/or biopsy in our hospital from Apr.1984 to Dec. 1989, including 6 cases of primary cardiac tumors and 12 cases of metastatic tumors. In the former, there were 5 cases of myxoma and 1 case of rhabdomyoma; while in the latter, there were 7 cases of hepatic carcinoma, 3 cases of renal carcinoma, and 1 case of melanoma and lymphoma each. We found that 2 DE was a practical and convenient method for the diagnosis of intracavitary tumors of the right heart.
