摘要
从狭序唐松草 Thalictrum atriplex Finetet Gagnep.地上部分分离并鉴定了 6个化合物 ,其中 4个为生物碱 ,即 :N- methyllaurotetanine( )、isoboldine( )、thalisopynine( )和 N- methylcocularine( ) ,2个为非生物碱 ,即 :异槲皮苷 ( )和乙酸 - (3,4-二羟基 ) -苯乙酯 ( )。 6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分出。
Six compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Thalictrum atriplex Finet et Gagnep. (Rannunculaceae). Four of them were alkaloids, i. e. N methyllaurotetanine (Ⅰ), isoboldine (Ⅱ), thalisopynine (Ⅲ) and N methylcocularine (Ⅳ). Another two compounds were quercetin 3 O glucopyranoside (isoquercitrin) (Ⅴ) and 3,4 dihydroxy phenylethyl acetate (Ⅵ). All of them were isolated from T. atriplex for the first time.
