摘要
针对均聚聚丙烯的性能,采用适宜的退火预处理方式,利用核磁共振波谱信号强度与等规指数存在线性相关的原理进行测定,最终确立了均聚聚丙烯等规指数的核磁共振测定方法。与传统萃取法相比,核磁共振法具有快速、环保、无损试样的特点,所测等规指数的准确度与萃取法吻合度较好,精密度及重复性也较好。
Based on the performance of homopolypropylene,a determination method with nuclear magnetic resonance for isotactic indexof the homopolymer was established by means of a linear relationship between the resonance spectroscopy signal and the isotactic index,opportune annealing pretreatment.Compared with traditional extraction,this method not only has characteristics,such as time-saving,environmental protection, sample nondestructive and so on,its accuracy,precision and repeatability also are same as the extraction.
