摘要
高新企业技术创新是一个成功与风险并存的过程。对高新企业的技术创新风险进行预警可以防范或减少风险,从而提高技术创新的成功率。预警指标体系作为研究的基础,需要科学合理的构建。通过把握构建原则,构建相对合理的指标体系,对高新企业技术创新风险预警指标包括技术风险、管理风险、生产风险、财务风险、市场风险、环境风险等全面分析,确定指标权重,即可为风险预警奠定理论和数据基础。在实际操作中,高新企业可对自身技术创新过程中遇到的各种风险进行相应评分,与风险权重进行加权求和,从而得出企业技术创新活动的总体风险水平,进而有效减轻或控制超出预警阈值的风险。
Technological innovation carried on in hi-tech enterprises bears chances for high profit as well as risks.Instituting an early-warning system targeting their innovation projects can prevent or lower the chances for costly failures,rendering their projects more likely to succeed.An early-warning index system,as the foundation for future research,requires careful and scientific construction.With a sound grasp of the essential construction principles,a relatively reasonable index system,comprehensive analysis of the risks related to the technology,management,production,market and environment factors and with the relative weight for the various factors determined,the theoretical and data basis to a good early-warning system can be established.In real-life application of this index system,enterprises can assess the overall risk of their research projects by combining the various scores obtained on the different risk factors.With this knowledge in head,managers are at a good position to take measures to effectively reduce these risks,thereby raising their chances for success.
