FM25CL64是Ramtron公司生产的新型超低功耗、非易失性铁电存储器。文中在介绍了FM25CL64的特点以及分析其读写操作过程及时序之后,给出了FM25CL64在时隙交叉连接(TXC)设备中的应用及读写程序实例。
FM25CL64 is a kind of ferroelectric nonvolatile RAM produced by Ramtron.This essay introduces the characteristic of FM25CL64. Through analysing the READ/WRITE clock, The real application and program of FM25CL64 in TXC system is given finally.
