摘要 采用多体动力学理论建立后驱传动系统扭转振动分析的刚柔耦合模型,计算出传动系统各个档位扭转振动的固有频率和振型。传动系统的固有频率影响变速器敲击,并用NVH实验进行验证。系统谐响应分析和强迫振动分析结果通过传动系统扭振实验得到了验证。最后,采用模态综合法计算出传动轴系的弯曲模态,并与有限元法对比,得到较好的一致性。中间支撑刚度影响传动轴系一阶模态。 A rigid-flexible coupling model for torsional vibration analysis of a rear-drive transmission system is established using multi-body dynamic theory. Natural frequencies and modes of the torsional vibration are calculated for each transmission gear of the transmission system. The system frequencies which influence the transmission rattle are analyzed and verified by NVH testing. The harmonic responses and forced vibration are analyzed and the results are verified by the system' s torsional vibration testing. The bending modes for the transfer shaft system are calculated by a modal synthesis method. The result is compared with that by finite element method, and both results are in good agreement. Finally, the influence of the stiffness of middle support on the first vibration mode of the transmission system is analyzed.
