摘要
19世纪仅仅是世界交往体系形成的世纪,马克思和恩格斯就预见到世界交往对人类精神交往发展的重大意义。一百多年来的历史证明了他们的预见。在市场经济向全世界扩张的趋势下,人类的物质交往和精神交往从狭隘迅速向广泛发展,世界交往必然要替代局部的民族交往成为现代交往的主旋律;民族交往必然会冲破以往的种种藩篱而成为世界交往的一部分。如果要在这个世界中应对自如,就必须具备同文化背景、世界观和行为方式与自己完全不同的人交流的能力。
When the world＇s communication system was formed in 19th century,Marx and Engels had foreseen the significance of the world of communication for the development of the human spirit.The history shows their foresight in the 100 years.In a trend of expansion from market economy to the world,the spirit communication and material communication develop rapidly from narrow to wide.The world is bound to replace the national exchanges in the local area,and become the main theme of modern communication.National contacts will definitely break all previous barriers and become part of the world＇s exchanges.If you want to deal with it smoothly in the world,we must have the ability to communicate with the people who are very different in the background,outlook,and behavior.
