丙烯酸系增稠剂制备工艺的研究及性能测试 被引量:8

摘要 以丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)作为单体,Span-80为乳化剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,自制稳定剂为胶体保护剂,过硫酸铵-甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)-尿素体系为氧化还原引发剂,通过反相乳液聚合,合成制备了活性染料印花增稠剂。研究结果表明,当单体中和度为90%,乳化剂占油相质量分数为12%,交联剂占单体质量分数0.15%,稳定剂占单体质量分数9%,引发剂占单体质量分数0.06%时,所制备的增稠剂性能最佳。 A super thickener based on acrylic acid and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS) was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization using Span-80 as emulsifying agent,N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinking agent,self-regulating stabilizer stearyl acrylate as gel protectant,ammonium persulfate-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)-urea as redox initiator.The results showed that the most preferable experimental conditions were as follows: neutralization degree of monomers 90%,mass percentage of emulsifying agent 12%(based on total mass of oil phase),crosslinking agent 0.15%(based on total mass of monomers),stabilizer 9%(based on total mass of monomers),initiator 0.06%(based on total mass of monomers).The performance of the synthetic thickener was the best under these conditions.
