摘要
根据MOS器件的基本工作原理推导出了电荷耦合器(CCD)的输入输出函数关系的解析解,并在此基础上求得了CCD的各光电特性(如响应度、串音阈值等),定性地分析了CCD的温度效应,讨论了激光干扰CCD的对抗措施。
According to the basic element of MOS device, the analytic expressions of function relation between output and input of CCD are derived, and its various photoelectric characteristics (sensitivity, crosstalk threshold power, etc.)are obtained, the temperature effect is studied qualitatively and the countermeasure against laser jamming is discussed .
