摘要
标准规范是数字资源共建共享的基石,是数字图书馆建设的基础。本文在对我国数字资源建设及标准规范应用现状进行简要介绍的基础上,分析了国内外数字资源标准规范建设的情况,研究了基于宏观层面和微观层面标准规范建设的内容,并对我国数字资源标准规范建设的发展提出了建议。
The standards are the base of the co - operation and the sharing of digital resource and the foundation of digital library devdopment. The paper introduced the state of arts of digital resource development and the standards application, analyzed the standards davelopment of digital resource, studied the content of standards development on micro and maecro levels, and gave the advices on the standards development of digital resource in China.
