摘要
目的对一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)在大学生中进行信度与效度检验。方法选取聊城大学一、三年级的285名大学生被试进行问卷调查,以班级为单位整体测试GHQ-20和SCL-90。结果GHQ-20总量表的内部一致性较低,但其3个分量表的内部一致性可以接受。间隔3周的重测结果表明各分量表具有较好的稳定性。因素分析结果显示该量表具有较好的结构效度。以SCL-90各因子为效标进行检验的结果表明该量表具有较好的效标效度。结论GHQ-20可以作为测量中国大学生心理健康问题的工具使用,但尚需进一步完善。
Objective To further test the psychometric properties of GHQ-20 in assessing psychological well-being of university student. Methods Two questionnaires, GHQ-20 and SCL-90, were used to assess 285 university students in Liaocheng University. Results The homogeneity of whole scale is lower, but the homogeneity of three sub-scales are receivability. The sub-scales have higher stabiiity with an interval of three weeks. The results of factor analysis show that GHQ- 20 has a favorite construct validity. Using scores of SCL-90's nine factors as criterion, GHQ-20 has a better crlterlon-related validits. Conclusion The GHQ-20 can be used as a satisfied tool in assessing mental health status of Chinese university students, but still needs more revision.
