摘要
本实验将１６只雌性新西兰兔随机分为三组，Ａ组为中药治疗组，Ｂ组为模型组，Ｃ组为正常对照组。采用人工去势的方法制成骨质疏松模型，６个月后取材。取材前用四环素两次标记。取髂骨骨块，用０．５％Ｖｉｌｌａｎｕｅｖａ染色，Ｊｕｎｇ一ｋ型切片机制成１０ｕｍ厚不脱钙切片，ＶＩＤＡＳ全自动图像分析系统进行骨计量。邮编４２３０００结果提示：去势术后６个月可制成绝经后高转换型骨质疏松模型。治疗组骨量增加，骨形成率增高，四环素双标记血及骨形成面显著增加，说明健脾补肾法能提高骨代谢转换，增加骨量，延长成骨细胞成骨期，恢复骨骼的正常功能。
female Newzealand rabbits are randomly classifred into three groups. Group A is trealed by heslthing spleen and ridney drug(N=b).Group B is the model of osteoporosis(n=5).Group C is the control(n=5).The ovaries of group A and B are ablated.Group A given herb drug one moth after operation.All rabbits are killed six moth after operation. Thay are Tetracyclline lablled in 28,14 day before death. The cross sections of 0. 5cm thin are gotten,Stained with 0.5%villanueva bone stain they are graded alcohol, and buried with MMA.Sheet of loun thin are by Jung-k heavy type cutting sheet machine.Then the samples sre stained agin with 1%Toluidine blue 0 stain. VIDAS is detected with the autograph analysis mechine.Resultes:Group B is compaved with Group C; BV/TV of substantia spongiosa decreasa.The differation is obviously. OV/BV,OS/BS,MLT,DLS/BS,BFR/BS increast a litter.Group A is compared with Group B:BV/TV increases greatly,Tb.Th,DLS inerease obviously,and OV/BV,OTh,BFR/BS increase a little.Group A is compored with group C:BV/TV,has no differetion OV/BV,OS/BS,DLS,BFR/BS increase greatly. OTh increase a little.Conelusion(1).Osteoporosis is can occur six moths after ablation of ovaries.(2)The osteoporosis is hign turnover osteoporosis.(3)The herb can increase the quantity of the substantia spongiosa.so it can be used to treat osteoporosis.
