摘要
目的研究毛茛科唐松草属植物狭序唐松草Thalictrumatriplex中双苄基异喹啉生物碱成分。方法采用硅胶和氧化铝柱色谱,葡聚糖凝胶SephadexLH-20柱分离纯化得到化合物,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化学结构。结果从狭序唐松草根中分离得到5个双苄基异喹啉生物碱化合物,根据光谱和理化数据分析,鉴定5个化合物分别为:去氢大叶唐松草任(dehydrothalifaberine,Ⅰ)、高原唐松草亭(thalifarentine,Ⅱ)、大叶唐松草任(thalifaberine,Ⅲ)、唐松草亭(thalistine,Ⅳ)、唐松草西宾(thaliracebine,Ⅴ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids from the roots of Thalictrum atriplex.Methods Isolation and purification of the chemical compounds were carried out on silica gel, aluminium oxide, and Sephadex LH-20 columns.The structures of these constituents were elucidated by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Five bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from the aerial part of T.atriplex and determined as dehydrothalifaberine (Ⅰ), thalifarentine (Ⅱ), thalifaberine (Ⅲ), thalistine (Ⅳ), and thaliracebine (Ⅴ).Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
