摘要
报道了多孔硅球固定化猪胰脂肪酶(IE)催化一步合成侧链含活性羧基的聚(酯 碳酸酯)的方法.所得共聚物经红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)和特性粘度表征.研究了反应温度、反应时间、IE用量及共聚单体5 甲基 5 羧基三亚甲基碳酸酯(MCC)和丙交酯(DLLA)的摩尔投料比n(MCC)/n(DLLA)对共聚反应的影响.结果表明:反应温度150℃,IE用量0.5%,反应时间48h,n(MCC)/n(DLLA)=1∶4为最佳的共聚反应条件.在此条件下,聚合物的粘度和产率分别达到9.86mL·g-1和89.6%.
One-step synthesis of poly(ester-carbonates) containing pendant carboxyl groups had been successfully performed using immobilized lipase on porous silica beads as catalysts. The copolymers were characterized by IR,^(1)H NMR and Ubbelohde viscometer. The factors affecting the viscosity of the copolymer and the monomer conversion such as reaction temperature, reaction time, enzyme concentration and the ratio of the two monomers were investigated. The results show that polymerization at 150 ℃, 0.5% of IE concentration, n(MCC)/n(DLLA) =1∶4 and 48 h, gave the highest viscosity of poly(DLLA-co-MCC).
