摘要
目的 采用叶酸处理体外培养的人胃腺癌细胞株SGC - 790 1来研究叶酸在体外的抑癌作用。方法 采用生长曲线法 ,群体倍增时间法 ,集落形成实验来研究叶酸对人胃腺癌细胞株SGC - 790 1体外增殖的影响 ;采用FCM进行细胞周期分析研究叶酸对细胞周期的影响。结果 叶酸浓度达 375nmol/L、 75 0nmol/L和 1875nmol/L时对人胃腺癌细胞株的增殖有抑制作用 ,叶酸处理的SGC -790 1,G0 /G1期细胞比例增大 ,细胞分裂受阻。结论 叶酸可以抑制胃腺癌细胞的生长、增殖并延长其群体倍增时间 ,降低其集落形成能力 ,叶酸可使胃腺癌细胞的细胞周期阻滞于G0 /G1期 。
