摘要
以武汉生物工程学院在校企合作中出现的问题为例,分析了地方本科院校在校企合作中面临的困难及其原因,指出了地方本科院校在推进转型发展过程中,需充分发挥自身优势,为地方经济社会和行业企业发展提供服务和支持,以调动来其他社会主体的主动性和积极性,通过整合校内外资源,搭建校企合作平台,实现校企互惠共赢的目标。
This article takes some problems appeared in thecollege-enterprise cooperation of Wuhan Bioengineering Institute for examples,analyzes the difficulties and reasons of local colleges in the cooperation,points out that the local colleges in the transformation of the development process should endeavor to exhibit their own advantages,to provide services and support for local economy and enterprises and social development,in order to mobilize initiative and enthusiasm of other social subjects,utilize the integration of internal and external resources,to build cooperation platform,and achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
