摘要
党的十六大报告指出,贯彻"三个代表"重要思想,关键在坚持与时俱进。作为职教教师,如何在课堂教学中坚持与时俱进对学生进行素质教育,本文结合本院实际,从三个方面作了点探讨:一、面对现实,跟上时代步伐;二、加强基本技能训练,提高学生动手能力;三、从学生、社会的实际需要出发,创造适合学生个性发展的教育教学条件。
