摘要
为有效诊断坦克齿轮箱齿轮故障,建立了以微机为主体的频谱分析系统,对某坦克齿轮箱的振动信号进行分析.根据齿轮振动信号频谱具有调制边频的特点,提出了用细化谱分析与倒频谱分析相结合的方法来对齿轮振动信号进行频谱分析和故障诊断,实验结果表明此方法是可行的,为坦克齿轮传动箱的故障诊断提供了有效的途径.
In order to effectively diagnose faults of a tank gear box , this pager introduces an spectrum analysis system based on PC and analyses the vibration signals of a tank gear box. According to modulatory sideband of the spectrum, the paper defines a method of combining zoom spectrum with inverse spectrum .The experimental results prove that the mothod is feasible. The method is an effective means in fault diagnosis of tank gear box.
