摘要
[目的]开展中药热熏联合牵引疗法,观察腰椎间盘突出症缓解期病人的应用效果。[方法]选择住院腰椎间盘突出症缓解期病人60例,随机分成试验组和对照组,两组病人采用相同的保守治疗方案,在此基础上,试验组使用中药热熏(特效薰药方)加牵引;对照组仅单独实施牵引,干预周期均为2周。[结果]试验组病人腰腿疼痛评分、直腿抬高角度、舒适度状况的改善均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]在牵引过程中联合中药热熏,能缓解腰椎间盘突出症缓解期病人腰椎疼痛,提高康复效果,增加舒适度。
Objective:To carry out Chinese hot-smoked joint traction therapy and to observe its applied effect for patients with lumbar disc herniation in remission.Methods:A total of 60cases of inpatients with lumbar disc herniation in remission were selected and were randomly divided into test group and control group.The same conservative treatment was used for both groups of patients.On the basis of it,patients in test group used traditional Chinese medicine hot smoked plus traction.Patients in control group used traction alone.The intervention cycle in both groups were 2weeks.Results:Waist pain score,the straight leg-raising angle and improvement in comfort conditions of patients in test group were much superior to that in the control group.Differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion:Using traction combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hot smoked can ease lumbar pain of lumbar disc herniation in remission patients,improve the effect of rehabilitation and increase their comfort.
