摘要
通过对少数民族体育产业的政策环境与社会支持环境进行综合性、全方位的研究,提出政府在少数民族体育产业发展中的职能选择、投资策略选择、产业布局选择与产业组织和规模的政策导向。并提出在社会支持环境中要注意营造发展少数民族产业的经济、法制、文化、体制与人力资源环境,充分发挥各种环境的综合作用,推进少数民族体育产业向集约型、高效益、可持续性方向发展。
Through the integrated and alldirectional study of the policy environment and social support environment of the minority sports industry the government's policy guidance in the selection of its function, investment strategy, geographical distribution of industrial development, the industrial organization and scale in the development of minority sports industry were put forward. And it was advanced that in the environment of social support the construction of the environment for developing economics, legal system, culture, system and manpower resources of the minority industry should be regarded. The comprehensive function of various environment should be brought into full play so as, to push the minority sports industry to develop in the intensive, highbeneficial and sustainable direction.
