摘要
目的 观察苯那普利联合丹参对 2型糖尿病蛋白尿的治疗效果。方法 对 77例 2型糖尿病尿蛋白患者分别用三种不同的治疗方法 ,随机将患者分为三组 ,治疗观察 2个月。对照组 :应用常规的糖尿病治疗药物。苯那普利组 :在常规药物治疗的基础上服用苯那普利。联合组 :在苯那普利基础上加用丹参注射液。结果 苯那普利组尿蛋白排泄减少 ,肾功能稳定 ;联合组尿蛋白排泄减少 ,血肌酐、尿素氮也有明显下降。结论 苯那普利有明显的降低蛋白尿改善肾功能的作用 ,与丹参注射液联合应用效果更加明显。
Objective To obserue the effect of benalapril combined by Danshen injection on proteinuria in type 2 diabetics(DM).Methods 77 cases of type 2 DM with albuminuria were randomly divided into 3 grops.The cases were treated and followed for two months.Control group:rountine anti diabetic therapy was taken only.Benazapril group:besides the rountine treatment,benazapril was added.Combined group:besides the treatment of benazapril group,Danshen injection was added.Results Compared with basal value the albuminuria in benazapril group decreased obviously,the renal function was stable.In the combined group,not only albuminuria decreased,but also the levels of serum creatirine and urea nitrogen were obviously reduced.Conclusion Benazapril has the obvious effect in reducing albuminuria and improving renal function.The effect was more obvious when Danshen injection was combined with benazapril.
