In the new times, facing the changes of national and international situation, the rapid development of hi - tech and information technology and the new ideas of college students, we should adhere to the ' front' ideology, foster international modes of thought, apply science to the moral education, master the principles of moral educational work and advance its reform in the colleges and universities so as to keep abreast of the times.
