摘要
客户关系管理(CRM)系统的实施是一个持续性的过程中,需要不断提高和完善。本文通过对CRM系统表示层功能的分析,依据组件化程序设计思想,建立了其结构模型和基于XML格式的数据模型,实现了表示层的动态可配置性,从而增强了系统的灵活性和扩展性。
The implementation of CRM system is a gradual process. During this process, the system needs to integrate some new elements and there are some elements in the system need to be modified occasionally. Based on the component technique of software, a structure model and a data model in XML of the presentation layer of CRM system are presented, according to the layer's role in the CRM system. Applying this design pattern, we established a flexible, inheritable and configurable presentation layer system of CRM. As a result, we can modify or redesign the system easily.
