摘要 目的 综述近年来真菌耐药性研究的最新进展。方法 从真菌耐药性分类、产生机制和克服对策三个方面总结近几年国内外相关文章 ,并加以分析和综述。结果 真菌的耐药性的形成比较复杂 ,有多种机制。结论 解决真菌耐药性问题是个长期而艰巨的任务 。
