摘要
目的 探讨γ刀治疗听神经瘤中MR成像的应用及意义。方法 研究2000年1月～2001年3月35例听神经瘤γ刀治疗的病例,观察其定位效果,讨论和分析其定位扫描参数。结果MRI可充分显示病灶、显示双侧听神经、显示听神经与病灶、病灶与周围组织结构的关系,并可清楚观察其立体轮廓、范围,测算准确位置。结论 MRI可作为γ刀治疗听神经瘤中首选的定位方法。
Purpose To research Misapplication and effect. Methods To research 35 cases treated by Gamma Knife between 2000.1-2001.3. The authors observed its locational effect,and discussed and analyses its orientational scan factors. Results MR imaging can display the focus、both of acoustic nerve、the reference of the focus and acoustic nerve、the reference of the focus and its peripheral tissues exactly.Also, MR imaging can be observed its stereotaxic outline、range;and can be measured its accurate site. Conclusion MRI is the initial orientational method in treating acoustic neunnoma with Gamma Knife.
