摘要
研究了在稀硫酸介质中NO2-催化溴酸钾氧化邻苯三酚红的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量NO2-的新方法。线性范围0~3.1μg/25ml,检出限为4.45×10-6g/L。用于池塘水中痕量NO2-的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the catalytic effect of nitrite ion in the oxidation of pyrogallol red by potassium bromate is studied. A new method for the determination of trace amounts of nitrite ion is established. The linear range for nitrite is 0-3. 1μg25ml.The detection limit is 4.45× 10-6g/L.This method has been applied to the determination of traces of nitrite in pool water with satisfactory results.
